 You will be required to arrive on time and remain in place until the official ending of the show, at 3:00 PM PDT.

By order of the LA Port Fire Marshall, no cars shall be in motion while the public is present. This year’s early entry and feature car ticket includes a limited Luft 8 event t-shirt. Remember to include your size upon checkout. Size availably is first come first serve. Your ticket along with the event tee will be shipped to your mailing address before the event.

On Sunday, October 9, 2022, friends, families, legends, and enthusiasts will once again meet in the city of Los Angeles, CA for a celebration of all things air-cooled.

The sweeping Port of LA will set the scene for the eighth annual edition of Luftgekühlt. Predictability is something we resist. Rest assured we are mixing up some fresh flavors to bring you plenty of new discoveries.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
As the ticket holder and/or car owner, I expressly assume all risk and danger arising from or incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether such risks occur prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual event. I expressly release Luftgekühlt, LLC, Patrick Long Motorsport, LLC, Pilot Culture, LLC and Patrick Long (individual), hereafter referred to as "Luftgekühlt", CRAFTED Port of LA  (event facility and Corporate), sponsors, partners, vendors, participants, performers, and car owners (collectively “management”) and all of their owners, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, representatives, and agents, from any and all claims (including those to physical personal property, including cars) that have or may have arisen from or are incidental to the event, including any claims arising out of the negligence of management or management’s owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives or agents.
NOTICE OF NO LIABILITY WITH WAIVER AND RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION:
This shall serve as notice that the following entities: owner/operator of Luftgekühlt, LLC and CRAFTED Port of LA  (event facility and corporate office) are not responsible for any damage to any vehicle that is brought into the event.  As a condition to entering into this event with a vehicle, the entrant expressly waives all liability claims against all persons and entities involved with the event and releases all persons and entities involved with the event from any liability for damage to any vehicle that is brought into the event.   
Every person attending Luftgekühlt with a vehicle (Entrants) acknowledges that the owner/operator of Luftgekühlt, LLC and CRAFTED Port of LA are extending a special privilege in allowing him, or her, to bring his, or her vehicle, onto the premises where Luftgekühlt 8 is being held. In consideration of the privilege to bring the vehicle onto the premises, every person responsible for a vehicle being brought onto the premises, for himself or herself and any personal representative, heirs, and next of kin, hereby acknowledges, agrees and represents the following:
RELEASE: 
To release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the owner and operator of Luftgekühlt, LLC and CRAFTED Port of LA, its employees, and agents from all liability to me, my personal representative, heirs, and next of kin for any loss, theft, or damage, and any claim or demands therefore on account of injury to my property, including if caused by negligence or condition of premises or the negligence of the owner and operator of Luftgekühlt, LLC and CRAFTED Port of LA, and their employees, agents, volunteers, officers, trustees and directors, hereinafter designated releases.
INDEMNIFICATION:  
To indemnify and save and hold harmless the owner and operator of Luftgekühlt, LLC and CRAFTED Port of LA from any loss, liability, theft, damage or cost that may incur due to Entrant bringing a vehicle, upon or about the premises whether caused by the negligence of the owner and operator of Luftgekühlt otherwise. Entrant agrees that if any claim or action for property damage is commenced against releases, Entrant shall defend, indemnify, and save harmless releases from any and all claims or causes of action by whomever or wherever made or presented for property damage.
ACCEPTANCE OF RISK:
That the owner/operator of Luftgekühlt, LLC and CRAFTED Port of LA does not guarantee the security of the property being brought onto the premises. All Entrants further acknowledge that there may be risks and dangers neither known by, nor reasonably foreseeable to, releasees. Entrants acknowledge that all of the risks and dangers, whether known or reasonably foreseeable or not, are included within this waiver and release.
    If the law in any controlling jurisdiction renders any part of this waiver unenforceable, the remainder of this waiver shall remain enforceable to the full extent of the law. 
    All persons attending Luftgekühlt 8 with a vehicle (Entrants) acknowledge the above risks and liabilities. All persons attending Luftgekühlt 8 with a vehicle (Entrants) affirm that he or she had an opportunity to get the subject vehicle insured to cover all such risks with an insurance agent and/or insurer of their choice.  
    All persons attending Luftgekühlt 8 with a vehicle (Entrants) acknowledge that the owner/operator of Luftgekühlt, LLC and CRAFTED Port of LA do not maintain insurance to cover their vehicle.  All persons attending Luftgekühlt 8 with a vehicle (Entrants) agree that the owner and operator of Luftgekühlt, LLC and CRAFTED Port of LA and their agents, and employees will not be responsible for, and Entrant releases the owner and operator of Luftgekühlt, LLC and CRAFTED Port of LA, its agents, and employees from, any and all liability for loss, theft, and/or damage to the vehicle and its contents.
MEDIA RELEASE: 
By purchasing this ticket and entering Luftgekühlt 8, I understand that Luftgekühlt, LLC and its partners may photograph me, take motion pictures of me, take video footage of me, and/or make electronic sound recordings of me (herein referred to as “photographic or electronic reproductions”). I authorize the use of any such photographic or electronic reproductions of me for any purpose, including but not limited to, promotional and business development content, as may be deemed appropriate by Luftgekühlt. I understand that I may be identifiable from such photographic or electronic reproduction. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photographic or electronic reproductions.
PROHIBITED ITEMS:
Luftgekühlt prohibits the following items from entering event premises: Alcoholic Beverages, Illegal Substances, Folding Chairs, Skates, Rollerblades, Bicycles, Tricycles, Skateboards, Ladders, Stepstools, Portable Tents, Ice Chests, Guns, Knives, Mace, Stun Guns, Glass Bottles, Hoverboards, Drones, RC Aircraft, Fireworks, Fire Pits.
No solicitation or selling is allowed on event premises without explicit, written permission from Luftgekühlt.
COVID-19 SAFETY INFORMATION:
While participating in events held or sponsored by the Luftgekühlt, LLC, consistent with CDC guidelines, participants are encouraged to practice hand hygiene, “social distancing” and wear face coverings to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19. Because COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is spread mainly from person-to-person contact, Luftgekühlt has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. However, Luftgekühlt cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, partners, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19.
In light of the ongoing spread of COVID-19, individuals who fall within any of the categories below should not engage in Luftgekühlt events and/or other face to face fundraising activities. By attending Luftgekühlt 8, you certify that you do not fall into any of the following categories:  
1. Individuals who currently or within the past fourteen (14) days have experienced any symptoms associated with COVID-19, which include fever, cough, and shortness of breath among others;
2. Individuals who have traveled at any point in the past fourteen (14) days either internationally or to a community in the U.S. that has experienced or is experiencing sustained community spread of COVID-19; or  
3. Individuals who believe that they may have been exposed to a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and are not yet cleared as non-contagious by state or local public health authorities or the health care team responsible for their treatment. 
DUTY TO SELF-MONITOR:
Participants and volunteers agree to self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 (symptoms typically include fever, cough, and shortness of breath) and, contact Luftgekühlt at info@luftgekuhlt.com if he/she experiences symptoms of COVID-19 within 14 days after participating or volunteering with Luftgekühlt.
LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS:
I acknowledge that I derive personal satisfaction and a benefit by virtue of my participation and/or voluntarism with Luftgekühlt, LLC, and I willingly engage in Luftgekühlt 8 (the “Activity”).
RELEASE AND WAIVER: 
I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, AND DEMANDS OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE AGAINST THE Luftgekühlt, LLC AND ITS AFFILIATED PARTNERS AND SPONSORS, INCLUDING IN EACH CASE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”), EITHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES OR LOSSES CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE, FAULT OR CONDUCT OF ANY KIND ON THE PART OF  THE RELEASED PARTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DEATH, BODILY INJURY, ILLNESS, ECONOMIC LOSS OR OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, WHICH I, MY HEIRS, ASSIGNEES, NEXT OF KIN AND/OR LEGALLY APPOINTED OR DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVES, MAY HAVE OR WHICH MAY HEREINAFTER ACCRUE ON MY BEHALF, WHICH ARISE OR MAY HEREAFTER ARISE FROM MY PARTICIPATION WITH THE ACTIVITY.
ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK: 
I acknowledge and understand the following:
1. Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist;
2. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, such as COVID-19, even if arising from the negligence or fault of the Released Parties; and
3. I hereby knowingly assume the risk of injury, harm and loss associated with the Activity, including any injury, harm and loss caused by the negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of the Released Parties.
MEDICAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND RELEASE:  
I acknowledge the health risks associated with the Activity, including but not limited to transient dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, nausea, muscle cramping, musculoskeletal injury, joint pains, sprains and strains, heart attack, stroke, or sudden death.  I agree that if I experience any of these or any other symptoms during the Activity, I will discontinue my participation immediately and seek appropriate medical attention.  I DO HEREBY RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY CLAIM WHATSOEVER WHICH ARISES OR MAY HEREAFTER ARISE ON ACCOUNT OF ANY FIRST AID, TREATMENT, OR SERVICE RENDERED IN CONNECTION WITH MY PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITY. 
As a participant, volunteer, or attendee, You recognize that your participation, involvement and/or attendance at any Luftgekühlt, LLC event or activity (“Activity”) is voluntary and may result in personal injury (including death) and/or property damage. By attending, observing or participating in the Activity, You acknowledge and assume all risks and dangers associated with your participation and/or attendance at the Activity, and You agree that: (a) the Luftgekühlt, LLC (b) the property or site owner of the Activity (CRAFTED Port of LA), and (c) all past, present and future affiliates, successors, assigns, employees, volunteers, vendors, partners, directors, and officers, of such entities (subsections (a) through (c), collectively, the "Released Parties"), will not be responsible for any personal injury (including death), property damage, or other loss suffered as a result of your participation in, attendance at, and/or observation of the Activity, regardless if any such injuries or losses are caused by the negligence of any of the Released Parties (collectively, the "Released Claims").  BY ATTENDING AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE GIVEN A FULL RELEASE OF LIABILITY TO THE RELEASED PARTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

If you choose this ticket and your entry is accepted, you and your car will be a fundamental part of our exhibit. Please be sure to follow the steps and be ready to have your car placed for the entirety of the event. 

The Feature Car ticket includes our limited edition Luft 8 event tee with your ticket. We will have an extended offering of additional Luft 8 merchandise for you to pre-purchase on our website as well as onsite at the event.

An Early Admission Ticket grants premium access for 1 person before Luft 8 opens to the general public. Arrival time and access begin at  8:00 AM PDT. Please note, that this ticket is required for: 

- Any attendee who wishes to walk into the event earlier than General Admission

The Early Admission ticket includes our limited edition Luft 8 event tee, this allows us to provide you with a great at-event experience. Early Admission Ticket 

A General Admission Ticket grants access to 1 person during Luft’s regular event hours (access begins at 10:00 AM PDT). This ticket is required for any attendee who is planning to walk into the event. 

Please note, this is not a ticket for a car entry, if you are planning to arrive together (as a passenger) with a car entry ticketed person, please select an Early Admission ticket so you can enter with the driver and car. 

Kids 12 and under get in free with a paid adult and do not need a ticket.

I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, AND DEMANDS OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE AGAINST THE Luftgekühlt, LLC AND ITS AFFILIATED PARTNERS AND SPONSORS, INCLUDING IN EACH CASE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”), EITHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES OR LOSSES CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE, FAULT OR CONDUCT OF ANY KIND ON THE PART OF  THE RELEASED PARTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DEATH, BODILY INJURY, ILLNESS, ECONOMIC LOSS OR OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, WHICH I, MY HEIRS, ASSIGNEES, NEXT OF KIN AND/OR LEGALLY APPOINTED OR DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVES, MAY HAVE OR WHICH MAY HEREINAFTER ACCRUE ON MY BEHALF, WHICH ARISE OR MAY HEREAFTER ARISE FROM MY PARTICIPATION WITH THE ACTIVITY.

I acknowledge and understand the following:

1. Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist;

2. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, such as COVID-19, even if arising from the negligence or fault of the Released Parties; and

3. I hereby knowingly assume the risk of injury, harm and loss associated with the Activity, including any injury, harm and loss caused by the negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of the Released Parties.

I acknowledge the health risks associated with the Activity, including but not limited to transient dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, nausea, muscle cramping, musculoskeletal injury, joint pains, sprains and strains, heart attack, stroke, or sudden death.  I agree that if I experience any of these or any other symptoms during the Activity, I will discontinue my participation immediately and seek appropriate medical attention.  I DO HEREBY RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY CLAIM WHATSOEVER WHICH ARISES OR MAY HEREAFTER ARISE ON ACCOUNT OF ANY FIRST AID, TREATMENT, OR SERVICE RENDERED IN CONNECTION WITH MY PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITY. 

As a participant, volunteer, or attendee, You recognize that your participation, involvement and/or attendance at any Luftgekühlt, LLC event or activity (“Activity”) is voluntary and may result in personal injury (including death) and/or property damage. By attending, observing or participating in the Activity, You acknowledge and assume all risks and dangers associated with your participation and/or attendance at the Activity, and You agree that: (a) the Luftgekühlt, LLC (b) the property or site owner of the Activity (THE NIMITZ GROUP, LLC, DBA The Mare Island Company), and (c) all past, present and future affiliates, successors, assigns, employees, volunteers, vendors, partners, directors, and officers, of such entities (subsections (a) through (c), collectively, the "Released Parties"), will not be responsible for any personal injury (including death), property damage, or other loss suffered as a result of your participation in, attendance at, and/or observation of the Activity, regardless if any such injuries or losses are caused by the negligence of any of the Released Parties (collectively, the "Released Claims").  BY ATTENDING AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE GIVEN A FULL RELEASE OF LIABILITY TO THE RELEASED PARTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

In the Porsche vernacular, Luftgekühlt represents all of the air-cooled cars from the manufacturer’s history. This spans an extraordinary period of vehicle technical development from the company’s inception in 1931 through to 1998.

The aviation inspired air-cooled engine requires a unique configuration which creates the soul stirring sound that bonds us together.
